Horsham District Community Transport (HDCT) was set up in April 2013 to meet the requirements of those that need accessible transport because of age, sickness or disability or poverty or lack of availability of adequate and safe public transport. West Sussex County Council (WSCC) and Horsham District Council (HDC) recognised the need for accessible transport in Horsham District and gave their support to the charity.
